What's the best way to find what I'm looking for quickly?
You can search for the item using the Search Function located on the upper right portion of the screen. Enter a key word, item description, UPC or BIC Item Name then click go.

How do I set up My Favorites?
Search for the item you would like to include in your "My Favorites". Once you find the one you are looking for, click on the item description, then click on add to favorites.
If you need to remove items from your list, go to My Favorites; click on the box in the "Remove" column and then click on "Add/Update Favorites."

How do I add items from "My Favorites" to my Order?
Click on "My Favorites." Then input the case quantity you wish to order for one or more items and click on "Add to Order/Update Favorites." Next, click on "your cart" to view your order, continue shopping or check out.

What if I order the same items each time?
Click on "My Last Order" then click "Proceed to Checkout" This will add all the items and quantities that were listed on your Last Order to your current order.

How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order you will receive an email to the email address we have on file for your account, confirming your order. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order, please let us know by clicking Contact BIC at the top of the screen and let us know that you have not received it. To check or change the email address we have recorded for you, click My Account.

How can I check the status of my order?
Please contact customer service at 1-800-597-4950 or email milford.customerservice@bicworld.com to check the status of your order.

I want to change my password. How do I do that?
You may change your password at any time by clicking on "My Account" and entering the new password.

I haven't found the BIC product I want, where can I get it?
We try to keep a selection of the most popular products on BIClink.com at all times. If you can't find the product you're looking for, contact customer service at 1-800-597-4950 or click "Contact Us" to send an email.

How do I use images and bar codes from the catalog?
To use any image simply right-click on that image. Then select "Save Picture As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Image As..." (Netscape) and save the file to your hard drive. You may then use it with other applications on your computer or print it out from your web browser.
